1. First, loosen the fixing screws on the roll paper tray, remove the organic glass tray, and then adjust the position of the rear tray to ensure that the position of the rear tray is at the center line of the paper tape. After fixing the screws, install paper tray 1 and the organic glass front tray, and then fix them with the screws. Finally, check whether the rotation of the roll paper tray is flexible. If it is not flexible, further adjust according to the above steps until it is flexible.
2. Requirements for wearing label tape: First, check whether all rollers on the route of the label tape are flexible. If they are not flexible, they must be adjusted until they are flexible. The threading method should follow the direction of the red line on the view, and special attention should be paid to the labeling paper tape passing through the space of the photoelectric sensor to ensure the normal operation of the photoelectric transmission device.
3. Trial labeling: Place the bottles that need to be labeled on the conveyor belt, adjust the left and right bottle blocking rods, close to the labeling device, adjust the distance between the front and back up and down, press the button of each motor switch, and then activate the buttons of two sets of photoelectric switches. First, put in a few bottles for trial labeling, check whether the labeled paper meets the required requirements, then it indicates that the trial labeling stage has passed and batch production can be carried out.
4. In case of unexpected situations during testing and production, the operator can press the emergency stop device.
5. If there are broken glass bottles or debris during the labeling process, the machine must be immediately shut down and cleaned before production can continue.
6. Shutdown: When production needs to be stopped, all switches should be turned off first, and finally the main power supply should be turned off.
