How To Troubleshoot The Problem Of Labeling Machines Not Displaying Labels
Labeling machines can give products generous and beautiful labels, improving their sales power, but they may also encounter malfunctions during operation, such as not being able to produce labels. How should we investigate in order to quickly repair machinery without affecting operations?
1. First, check the measuring eye. It is possible that the object cannot be detected, so the label was not generated. You need to set the value of the measuring eye from scratch. Perhaps the measuring eye is damaged and needs to be replaced;
2. Check if the traction tissue is tightened, if not, tighten the traction tissue;
3. Check if the traction motor of the labeling machine/corner labeling machine has loose or broken wires, or if it is no longer in operation;
4. The synchronous belt that can be driven is cracked and needs to be replaceable;
5. The return magnetic switch of the cylinder may not have detected a signal, so adjust the orientation of the magnetic switch from scratch or replace it;
6. If the label switch is pressed, it should be disconnected;
7. Check if the traction has been opened, as long as the label is opened, it can move and be marked. Set the speed value to 0;
8. Or it could be a problem with the labels themselves, as they are too thin and irregular to be peeled off;
9. The label stripping plate of the labeling machine/side labeling machine should not be sharp, and the label cannot be peeled off.
