What are the key parts that need to be paid attention to in the daily mainten...

The daily maintenance of the fully automatic beverage bottle packaging line focuses on key components such as the filling machine, capping machine, labeling machine, conveyor belt, control system, cleaning system, and power system. Here is a detailed breakdown:

Filling Machine

The filling nozzle is a critical component. Regular inspections should be carried out to detect any signs of clogging, wear, or damage, ensuring accurate filling volumes and preventing leakage. Sealing components like gaskets and O - rings must be inspected frequently and replaced promptly to avoid liquid seepage. Additionally, the drive and control systems of the filling machine require maintenance to guarantee stable operation.

Capping Machine

The capping head serves as the core part of the capping machine. It is essential to check for deformation, wear, or damage to ensure that bottle caps are sealed tightly and correctly. The torque adjustment mechanism of the capping machine should be calibrated regularly to meet the required capping torque standards. Meanwhile, the conveying and aligning devices need to be kept clean and free of debris, facilitating the smooth delivery of bottle caps.

Labeling Machine

The labeling head and label - feeding mechanism are key elements of the labeling machine. Inspect the labeling head for wear and tear, and check the label - feeding rollers and cutting devices for proper operation. This ensures accurate labeling, preventing label jams and wrinkles. The adhesive application device also requires regular inspection to maintain the appropriate adhesive amount and achieve a good adhesive effect.

Conveyor Belt

As the conveyor belt is responsible for transporting beverage bottles, it should be regularly examined for wear, cracks, and looseness. Keep the rollers and pulleys of the conveyor belt clean and ensure they rotate flexibly to prevent bottle jams and misalignments. Moreover, adjust the belt tension appropriately to ensure stable operation.

Control System

The control system acts as the "brain" of the fully automatic beverage bottle packaging line. Regularly check sensors, controllers, and electrical components within the control system for damage, loose connections, or interference. Update and maintain the control system software in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy and stability of the control program. Additionally, verify the normal operation of safety protection devices, such as emergency stop buttons and safety light curtains.

Cleaning System

The cleaning system of the packaging line, including spray nozzles and filters, demands regular inspection and maintenance. Ensure that the spray nozzles remain unobstructed for effective bottle cleaning. Clean or replace the filters regularly to prevent clogging and maintain the quality of the cleaning fluid.

Power System

Regularly inspect the motors, reducers, and power supply lines of the packaging line. Monitor the temperature rise, vibration, and noise of the motors to ensure their normal operation. Check the reducers for oil leakage and maintain the appropriate oil level. Examine the power supply lines for loose connections or damage to ensure safe and stable power delivery.
