The working principle of a powder filling machine primarily involves using a screw conveyor system to quantitatively transport powder into packaging containers, achieving the purpose of filling. Its workflow generally includes the following steps:
1. Material Supply:
The powder enters the screw conveyor system of the filling machine through the hopper. A mixing device in the hopper prevents the powder from caking due to prolonged standing.
2. Screw Conveying:
The screw conveyor device transports the powder from the hopper to the filling nozzle. The rotation speed and frequency of the screw precisely control the amount of material to be filled each time. Using a servo motor can effectively enhance the accuracy and stability of the filling process.
3. Weighing or Dosing System:
(1) Weighing System: The filling machine is equipped with a weighing sensor that, based on the preset filling weight, monitors and adjusts the filling volume in real-time, ensuring high precision.
(2) Quantitative Filling System: This system performs quantitative filling by adjusting the filling machine's time and screw feeding speed, though with lower precision.
4. Filling Process:
When the container is placed, the screw conveyor system begins to fill the powder into the container according to the set weight or volume.
5. Completion and Sealing:
After filling is complete, the container is moved to the next station via a conveyor belt or manually, for sealing or further processing.
This type of filling machine is suitable for filling powder materials in industries such as food and chemicals, offering high precision, automation, and efficiency.
