Replacing Letters on the Coding Wheel of a Continuous Sealing Machine
1. Ensure the printing wheel has cooled before replacing it.
2. The printing wheel contains three rows of letters. When replacing the letters on one side, hold down the other two sides with your fingers to prevent the letters from falling out.
3. Use a special wrench to loosen the cover of the printing wheel and rotate it 1/4 turn.
4. Gently press the letters to be replaced, and they will pop out slightly.
5. Remove the letters you need to replace.
6. The letters can be moved left or right for removal.
7. Insert the new letters in place.
8. Note: The grooved side of the letter should face the direction of the loosened cover.
9. After replacing the letters, flatten them and lock the cover.
10. Repeat the process to replace letters on the other two sides.
