Operation steps of vacuum machine

1. Connect the power: Turn on the power selection switch as needed, and the power indicator light will light up. The power selection switch points to vacuum for vacuum sealing, and points to vacuum inflation for vacuum sealing.

2. Place the plastic bag containing the item in the vacuum chamber. The bag mouth should be neatly placed on the heat sealing strip (if used for inflatable packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag mouth).

3. Press down the hood, and the vacuum indicator light on the panel will light up. The vacuum pump starts to draw air, and the hood is automatically sucked in. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the amplitude should be small according to the scale from low to high.

4. When the pumping reaches the set time (i.e. the required vacuum degree), the pumping is completed, the pumping indicator light goes out, and the inflation indicator light lights up to indicate the start of inflation. The inflation knob can adjust the duration of inflation (i.e. the amount of inflation), using the same method as above. If inflation is not required. Turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator light will turn off.

5. When the air extraction or inflation is completed, the indicator light will turn off and the heat sealing indicator light will light up, indicating the entry into the sealing program. The panel is equipped with a heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knob to adapt to different thicknesses of materials. When adjusting the time and temperature, the rotation amplitude should be small to prevent the sudden increase in heat sealing temperature from burning out the heat sealing accessories.

6. When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes out to indicate the end of the heat sealing, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the electromagnetic valve until the machine cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum inflation packaging process is completed, ready for the next packaging cycle.
