Accurate operation method of capping machine

Operation steps:

1. Connect the power cord of the capping machine to the power box

2. Connect the power supply and the indicator light on the power box will light up;

3. Buckle the bottle cap onto the bottle mouth with the left hand;

4. Hold the bottle body that has been rotated with the left hand;

5. Grasp the capping machine tightly with your right hand, align the capping head vertically with the bottle cap;

6. Press the start switch on the capping machine with your right index finger, and press it down at the same time until the clutch of the capping machine automatically disengages and makes a "da da..." sound. Depending on the tightness of the capping machine, the capping head does not need to be pressed too tightly.

7. Adjusting the tightness of the bottle cap can be achieved by adjusting the torque between the screw head and the screw machine by adjusting the nut. If the nut is tightened, the torque will be greater and the bottle cap will be tightened. If the nut is loosened, the torque will be smaller and the bottle cap will be loosened.
